Suzette Smith –
Administrator

Suzette began working in the field of early childhood by teaching music and creative dramatics to young children while attending San Jose State. She was introduced to Montessori while taking a class at DVC and taught by long time DVMS teacher, Kay Kindorf. After earning her Montessori Certificate, Suzette joined DVMS in 1978. She worked as head teacher of the outdoor classroom, a preschool/kindergarten half day class and started the first full day preschool/kindergarten class in the fall or 1982. Years later she attended a degree completion program at Pacific Union College to earn a BA in Early Childhood Education. Suzette has been the administrator at DVMS since June of 2009. In her spare time she enjoys singing with Cantare Con Vivo, playing with her two grandchildren and traveling with her husband.

Deborah Donnelly –
Business Manager

Deb began working in 1994 when her two daughters attended DVMS.  She took a brief hiatus when her third daughter was born and returned in 1997.  Prior to joining DVMS, Deb worked as an associate for Technology Funding Venture Capital.  Deb also worked at Paine Webber in the Municipal Investment Banking Division and as a financial analyst for Bechtel’s Nuclear Fuel Operations.  Deb graduated from UC Davis with degrees in Economics and Business Administration.

Deb can be found most weekends watching her daughters play soccer and volleyball.  She enjoys traveling and having a good laugh. Deb and her husband Kevin Fisher own and operate the Downtown Walnut Creek ACE Hardware.

Pam Gillotti –

DVMS has been part of Pam’s life for 44 years.  Two of her three children came to DVMS and she has had the privilege of watching three of grandchildren go through the program.  This is her 29th year working for DVMS and she loves the children and families.  Married for 48 years, Pam enjoys tennis, golf and watching her grandchildren learn and grow.
