- Schedule a school tour and observe a classroom. Tours and observations are scheduled by appointment, Monday through Friday mornings. Please call (925) 283-6036.
- Submit an application along with the non-refundable $40 application fee*. At this time your child will be placed in a wait pool.
- Once space becomes available for your child and prior to acceptance, he/she will be invited for a visit and an informal interview.
- Following the interview, a notification of acceptance will be emailed.
- A child is considered enrolled once the yearly registration fee*, Earthquake fee and deposit equal to one installment of the yearly tuition is paid.
* The application, deposit and registration fees required for enrollment are non-refundable, even if you are unable to enroll or withdraw your child prior to the start of the program for which your child has been enrolled.
Wait Pools: A wait pool is developed when a program fills. New families are placed in a Wait Pool once they have formally toured, observed our programs and submitted an application along with the non-refundable $40 application fee. Priority is given to enrolled children placed in the wait pool for schedule changes, siblings and children coming from another Montessori School.
Reenrollment for Current Students
Current students are given the opportunity to reenroll in March for the following school year. Families are notified by email when reenrollment begins and the deadline for returning reenrollment forms.
